The program

Five for Five is a habit-tracking web application operated by Ksense Tech. Registered participants commit to five daily habits, check in each day, and stake real money against their own consistency under rules agreed to before the challenge starts. Access is limited to registered participants; accounts are created by the program organizer.

Text messaging program

When you create an account and verify your mobile phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Five for Five, including daily check-in reminders, last-call reminders, group standings, and notifications about your own challenge account status and payments.

• Message frequency varies; typically one to four messages per day while the challenge is active.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time. After you text STOP we will send one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact support at kelson@ksensetech.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

The money

Stakes, penalties, top-ups, and payouts are governed by the rules the group agreed to when joining, shown in full during signup. All transfers happen peer-to-peer between participants and the organizer; this app records them but does not process payments.

Eligibility and conduct

You must be 18 or older, a resident of the United States, and registered by the program organizer to participate. Honest reporting is the foundation of the challenge; the organizer may correct records or remove participants who abuse it.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how it is used. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
